How Buying Works

Purchasing a watch on RepTime.Forum is safe, secure, and straightforward. Here's the complete process from browsing to delivery.

1. Browse & Select
Find the perfect watch. Review photos, specifications, and seller ratings. Message the seller directly if needed.
2. Place Order
Click "Add To Cart", then click the "Cart" button in the bottom bar to complete checkout. Your payment is held securely by RepTime.Forum (escrow). Click "I've Sent the Payment" button after sending payment. Our system automatically keeps checking each payment until confimed. Once payment is confirmed you will be automatically emailed a confirmation receipt. Please wait up to 10 minutes for crypto payments to be confimed.
3. Seller Ships
Seller packages and ships the watch. You receive tracking information.
4. Receive & Inspect
You have 48 hours after delivery to inspect the watch and confirm it matches the listing. If anything does not match the description you must report it to administration within a timely manner.
5. Payment Released
Once you confirm receipt, press the "Complete Order" in your order details tab and payment is released to the seller. Transaction complete!

Buyer Protection

Your purchase is protected every step of the way. Here's what we guarantee:

    Escrow Payment Protection
    Your payment is held securely until you confirm the watch is as described. Sellers cannot access funds until you approve.

    48-Hour Inspection Period
    After delivery, you have 48 hours to inspect the watch. If it doesn't match the listing, you can open a dispute by sending a direct email to us in our "contact-us" tab.
  • 3
    Full Refund Guarantee
    If the watch is not as described, damaged, you receive a full refund including shipping after watch is shipped back to seller.
  • 4
    Verified Sellers Only
    All sellers are verified before they can list any product and are rated by the community. We ban sellers who violate our policies.
Dispute Resolution

If there's an issue with your order, open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Our team reviews all evidence (photos, messages, tracking) and makes a fair decision. Most disputes are resolved within 3 business days.

Buyer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth transaction, buyers must:

    Inspect Promptly
    Inspect your watch within 48 hours of delivery. After this period, the sale is considered final. It is best to film a box opening video of your order to for evidence if a claim needs to be made. This video can be emailed to us.

    Communicate Respectfully
    Maintain professional communication with sellers. Harassment or abusive language violates our terms.

    Leave Honest Reviews
    After completing your purchase, leave an honest review to help future buyers make informed decisions.

    Report Issues Immediately
    If you receive a damaged, or misrepresented watch, open a dispute immediately with photos and details.

How Selling Works

Selling on RepTime.Forum is simple and secure. Here's the complete process:

1. Create Listing
Upload clear photos, accurate description, specifications, and set your price. Be honest and detailed. Item must be in your possession. First photo should be as listed below. Your username. The reptime.forum tag and the date you posted. All sellers must do this unless you are a Trusted Dealer. Using AI generated images will result in an instant ban.
2. Buyer Places Order
You receive a notification and an email. The buyer's payment is held in escrow by RepTime.Forum.
3. Ship Within 3 Days
Package securely and ship within 3 business days. Upload tracking information to the platform. To avoid any future disputes you can directly email us photo and video proof of packaging and shipping.
4. Buyer Confirms Receipt
Buyer has 48 hours to inspect and confirm. If no dispute is opened, the sale is automatically confirmed.
5. Receive Payout
Payment is released to your crypto wallet within 24 hours of buyer confirmation. Be sure to add your payout address in the settings page on your profile.

Seller Requirements

To maintain our marketplace quality, all sellers must:

    Accurate Descriptions
    Provide honest, detailed descriptions. Include condition, flaws, service history, and what's included (box, papers, etc.).

    Clear Photos
    Upload 5+ high-quality photos showing all angles, including any scratches, dents, or imperfections. You can also upload a video up to 45 seconds long.
  • 3
    No false advertisement
    Do not post a shitter quality watch and label the factory as VSF. This will be seen as a scam and you will be banned.
  • 4
    Ship Within 3 Days
    Ship orders within 3-4 business days. Delays beyond this without buyer agreement may result in cancellation.
  • 5
    Secure Packaging
    Package watches securely to prevent damage during shipping. Insurance should be included for high-value items.
  • 6
    Professional Communication
    Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours. Maintain professional, courteous communication.
Prohibited Items

Absolutely prohibited: Damaged or non-working watches. Do list a watch that has damage.

Getting Paid

Payments are released to your cryptocurrency wallet after successful delivery:

    Payment Timeline
    Funds are released within 24-48 hours after buyer confirms receipt and seller presses the "Request Payout" button in the orders tab.

    Crypto Payouts
    Choose BTC (Bitcoin), XMR (Monero), USDT (Tron TRC20), or LTC (Litecoin) for payouts. Update your wallet address in account settings.
  • 📊
    Transaction Fees
    Platform fee: 4.5% of total price. You keep 95% of your sale price. After purchases are made funds are automatically converted to USDT to avoid price flucuations. So our escrow contains only USDT until a payout is requested. If a user buys a watch from you for $450 using bitcoin and the price of bitcoin somehow goes down 20% within the shipping period, you wont lose money because USDT is a stablecoin pretty much always valued at $1 rarely every flucuating. We do have to pay a conversion fee of 0.5% per transaction to protect your funds from flucuations. If you want to get paid out via XMR, BTC, or LITECOIN there will be another 0.5% conversion fee. For example if you pick pay out in Bitcoin and you have $1000 balance, conversion fee will be $5. If you pick a payout in USDT (Tron TRC20) you will keep that 0.5% or $5.
Payout Security

Double-check your wallet address before saving. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.

For Buyers: We accept only Bitcoin, Monero, USDT (Tron TRC20) and Litecoin.

For Sellers: Payouts are processed in cryptocurrency. Choose your preferred payout method:

Seller Receives: $104.50 in cryptocurrency before network fee

How Escrow Works

Our escrow system protects both buyers and sellers throughout the transaction:

    Buyer Pays
    When a buyer places an order, their payment is immediately secured in our escrow account. The seller cannot access these funds yet.
  • 2
    Seller Ships
    The seller receives notification and ships the watch within 3-4 business days. Tracking information is uploaded to the platform.
  • 3
    Buyer Inspects
    Upon delivery, the buyer has 48 hours to inspect the watch. If everything matches the listing, they confirm receipt.
  • 4
    Funds Released
    Once confirmed (or after 48 hours with no dispute), funds are released from escrow to the seller's crypto wallet when seller presses "Request Payout"
Dispute Protection

If a buyer opens a dispute within 48 hours, funds remain in escrow until the issue is resolved. Our team reviews evidence from both parties and makes a final decision within 3-4 business days.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations:

    Not As Described
    Watch condition, model, or specifications don't match the listing description.
  • ✓
    Damaged in Shipping
    Watch arrives damaged or broken due to poor packaging or shipping mishaps.
  • ✓
    Misleading Listing
    Seller lists watch as VSF but its a $130 shitter.
  • ✓
    Never Shipped
    Seller fails to ship within 3 business days or doesn't provide valid tracking information.
  • ✓
    Lost in Transit
    Package is lost by the shipping carrier and cannot be located within 14 days. Buyers will not pay for something they have never recieved. Sellers are encouraged to add insurance and get a reimbursement from carrier in these cases.
Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, funds are sent to your crypto wallet.
